Senior Business Intelligence Analyst Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining business intelligence tools and reports to support data-driven decision making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain complex business intelligence reports and dashboards to provide insights into key business metrics.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Develop and implement data visualization best practices to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence analysis, preferably with a focus on data visualization and reporting.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, SQL Server, and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data insights and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
