Account Manager for Customer Growth

We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager for Customer Growth to join our team at Refrens Internet Private Limited. This role will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, identifying and qualifying sales leads, building relationships with potential customers, delivering engaging sales presentations, negotiating and closing deals, and hitting sales goals.

As an Account Manager for Customer Growth, you will be expected to:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer growth and retention
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues efficiently
- Negotiate and close deals within agreed-upon timelines
You will be rewarded with a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $60,000, plus commission based on performance, as well as benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
