Job Summary
This role is responsible for retaining and growing business in existing and new customers within the region, while gaining market share in this region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify additional sales opportunities and execute the sales strategy for the assigned geographical area.
- Educate and evaluate the end-user and the needs of the channel partners to develop a plan to meet and exceed objectives.
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with distributors and end-users to develop partnerships.
- Manage customer accounts payable and ensure timely collection.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology developments and product innovations.
- Regularly review market changes and dynamics to ensure opportunities align with the company's strategy.
- Support team sales initiatives by sharing relevant information for assigned accounts.
- Prepare regular progress, status, and forecast reports to management.
Requirements
- Engineering graduate in Mechanical or Industrial Production with 8+ years of experience in Production, Manufacturing Engineering, or Sales/Application.
- Competent in understanding and communicating product and technical information.
- Able to assess customer needs competently.
- Strong administrative and communication skills.
