Job Summary

This role is responsible for retaining and growing business in existing and new customers within the region, while gaining market share in this region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify additional sales opportunities and execute the sales strategy for the assigned geographical area.
  • Educate and evaluate the end-user and the needs of the channel partners to develop a plan to meet and exceed objectives.
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with distributors and end-users to develop partnerships.
  • Manage customer accounts payable and ensure timely collection.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology developments and product innovations.
  • Regularly review market changes and dynamics to ensure opportunities align with the company's strategy.
  • Support team sales initiatives by sharing relevant information for assigned accounts.
  • Prepare regular progress, status, and forecast reports to management.

Requirements

  • Engineering graduate in Mechanical or Industrial Production with 8+ years of experience in Production, Manufacturing Engineering, or Sales/Application.
  • Competent in understanding and communicating product and technical information.
  • Able to assess customer needs competently.
  • Strong administrative and communication skills.
