The Mission:

  • Owning the profit and loss for nationwide after-sales service
  • Building and scaling a world-class service network with regional, zonal, and on-ground teams
  • Delivering exceptional service through processes, technology, and talent
  • Driving customer delight and repeat business through fast service level agreement compliance
  • Creating new revenue streams via annual maintenance contracts, upgrades, and innovative services

What You Are:

  • 12-18 years of experience in service leadership (Solar, EV chargers, UPS/Inverters, Capital Equipment)
  • A proven track record of building or scaling service operations 10 times
  • Strong technical grounding combined with business acumen
  • Able to lead independently without constant oversight
  • Thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Willingness to travel extensively nationwide
