At Floatex Solar, we are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Executive to spearhead our floating solar sales efforts in India. This role requires frequent travel to potential project sites, proactive client engagement, and representing us professionally in all business settings.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in the solar industry to lead our sales efforts and develop new business opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales leads, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and presenting our solutions to key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of sales or business development experience in the solar industry, preferably with experience in floating solar solutions. They will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience in the solar industry (floating solar experience preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills in the solar ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with tender processes, EPC workflows, and solar project lifecycles.
  • Ability to travel extensively across India.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently.
