Chief Sales Officer

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive revenue growth across all business lines.

The ideal candidate will have 20+ years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of scaling revenue across multiple geographies and verticals.

  1. Define and execute a revenue strategy aligned with our vision and goals.
  2. Represent sales at the C-suite and Board, providing data-driven insights and growth roadmaps.
  3. Drive cross-vertical synergies to unlock new revenue pools and enhance market presence.
  4. Build and scale distributor networks pan-India, leading end-to-end tender management, and develop long-term partnerships with global manufacturers.
  5. Establish us as a leader in C&I and utility-scale storage solutions.
  6. Lead, mentor, and develop zonal, regional, and national sales leaders, establishing a performance-driven, accountable, and succession-ready sales culture.
  7. Build CXO-level relationships with government, institutions, EPC players, and global partners, driving customer success, loyalty, and NPS to Fortune 500 standards.
  8. Deliver topline revenue and bottom-line profitability targets, optimizing pricing, incentives, and resource allocation, and institutionalize data-driven MIS dashboards, CRM systems, and revenue reporting.

This role requires an MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Sales (Engineering background preferred), 20+ years leadership in Sales/Business Development within Solar/Renewable/Energy infra, proven record of scaling revenue across multiple geographies and verticals, expertise in channel sales, tendering, EPC, OEM alliances, exports, and storage solutions, strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management, and visionary leadership ability to drive transformation at scale.
