Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Business and Design Leader to join our organization as a Regional Growth Manager.

This role involves leading a team of professionals in driving business growth, improving processes, and developing strong customer relationships.

  • Contribute actively to strategic business decisions through data-driven insights and qualitative analysis.
  • Develop a deep understanding of design requirements and customer experiences to drive business results.
  • Manage and motivate a high-performing team comprising various roles, including Business/Design Managers, Territory Area Managers, Designers, DPs, and LPs.
  • Establish a culture that fosters successful design experiences for both internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the quality of design closure for Livspace catalogue products (Kitchen, Wardrobe, Storage, Furniture & Decor) and essential home improvement services for the region.
  • Drive and meet key performance indicators such as timely design sign-offs, snag-free/error-free designs, sales/category penetration, C-SAT (customer satisfaction), and E-SAT (employee satisfaction).
  • Be the voice of the region and customer inside Livspace, providing continuous feedback for improvement.

Requirements:

  • B.Arch or equivalent degree or comparable degree in Architecture/Design.
  • MBA is an added advantage.
  • Typically spent at least 6-7 years in an interior fit-out business, operating role managing revenue-generating teams or selling design products/services through designers.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Structured thought process and strong analytical ability.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with direct team reporting in past roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of interior fit-out industry, processes, market trends, etc.
  • Strong leadership skills: hire, retain, motivate, and look after a diverse team of Business Managers, Territory Area Managers, Interior Designers, LPs, etc.
