Director of Marketing

As a key member of our luxury hospitality team, the Director of Marketing plays a vital role in driving hotel performance through innovative marketing and communication ideas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy
  • Manage all brand advertising and marketing, creative and media buying
  • Maintain and direct third-party agencies according to hotel requirements
  • Establish an effective e-Communications and social media strategy to support overall business objectives
  • Identify potential sponsorship and promotional opportunities for each property
  • Monitor industry trends and keep senior managers informed of brand perceptions and potential issues
  • Liaise with General Managers and Department Heads to ensure specific marketing requirements are managed effectively
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or Commerce
  • MBA preferred
  • 3+ years of marketing and communications experience
  • Previous experience as Director of Marketing in a luxurious hotel brand or agency background required

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive results. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and project management abilities, and a deep understanding of luxury hospitality marketing are essential for this role.
