Human Resources Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our human resources team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing and coordinating various HR activities, developing strategies to improve employee engagement and retention, recruiting and training new employees, and providing expert advice to management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, selection, training, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve employee engagement and retention, including the design and implementation of employee recognition programs, performance management systems, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Recruit, select, and train high-performing employees to meet business needs, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Provide expert advice and support to management on HR-related matters, including employment law, labor relations, and workplace investigations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in HR leadership.
- Any graduate degree is preferred but not required.
