Operations Manager Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily activities, develop strategic plans, and lead a team of staff members.

  • Key Responsibilities Include:
  1. Lead and develop direct report staff in transportation, security, human resources, maintenance, and landscaping departments.
  2. Maintain respectful working relationships with all staff.
  3. Collaborate with the Operations Director to foster good communication with the parent community.
  4. Oversee operational strategy development and implement monitoring systems.
  5. Ensure compliance with building regulations and codes for construction projects.
  6. Maintain buildings and grounds, ensuring cleanliness and security.
  7. Liaise with public utilities for water and electrical services.
  8. Supervise garden and tree maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement operational strategies in collaboration with the Operations Director and department managers.
  2. Manage staff effectively, including training and performance evaluations.
  3. Maintain positive relationships with the parent community and local authorities.
  4. Implement efficient systems for monitoring and reporting operational activities.
  5. Adhere to health and safety regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
