We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to spearhead our hotel's financial operations. As the Finance Director, you will be responsible for driving financial performance, optimizing financial processes, and ensuring the smooth running of our accounting department.

About the Role:
  • Lead the development and implementation of business strategies, setting clear objectives and measuring performance accurately.
  • Oversee the preparation and management of the hotel budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and transparency.
  • Direct and manage the accounting team, fostering a culture of growth, development, and high-performance within the department.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders, promoting open communication and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial models, forecasts, and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Manage and optimize financial systems, processes, and controls to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve guest satisfaction, and enhance operational performance.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in senior finance roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
