  • Analyzing reporting and business trends to make strategic decisions that drive results
  • Directly supervising the business to ensure high-quality standards
  • Consistently assessing and providing ongoing performance feedback to all levels of team members
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum high school education or equivalent
  • 2+ years of retail management experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have connections in School
