
Industrial Sales Growth Manager

Key Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Leader to spearhead business expansion through strategic partnerships and sales channels. The ideal candidate will craft and execute territory plans, manage client relationships, and drive financial performance.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop annual territory blueprints that align with the overall business strategy and OEM partnerships.
2. Implement prospecting strategies, including data analysis, competitor research, and managing tender/offer processes for sustained growth.
3. Deliver on financial performance targets for all accounts within the territory, encompassing volume and gross margin.
4. Proactively manage and optimize revenues and costs associated with account activity to maximize profitability.
5. Supervise distributors to ensure the implementation of annual plans and delivery of excellent client service.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
1. 5-8 years of experience in B2B Industrial Sales.
2. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business and territory plans.
3. Strong prospecting, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
4. Excellent communication, financial management, and analytical abilities.
5. Experience working remotely and autonomously in a sales-driven role.
