Guiding and Counselling the Learner
We’re seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Manager to join our team at Skills 2 Achieve ONLINE. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for guiding and counselling learners through their journey with us.
Interacting with Leads and Helping with Enrollments
You will interact with leads, helping them with enrollments and providing a seamless customer experience. Your goal will be to understand the learners’ needs and requirements, and to guide them to choose the right skill path.
Upselling Skills and Closing Requirements
As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for upselling skills and following up with learners to close their requirements. You will also stay up-to-date with the latest skill development courses to ensure you are always providing the best solutions for our customers.
Product Knowledge and Sales Skills
