Employee Relations Expert

This role focuses on developing Employee Relations practices and people strategy, as well as deep subject matter expertise to address employment and employee relations issues broadly.

  • Develop strong relationships with business consultants across the US
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations issues
  • Evaluate and review employment decisions to resolve employee concerns effectively and fairly
  • Design and implement data-driven ER models and trending analysis to influence decisions and improve consultant experiences
  • Generate new business opportunities through consultant referrals and redeployment

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong people management and interpersonal skills, sound decision-making and analytical thinking, and the ability to build trust and influence across all levels of management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business consultants to identify areas for improvement in employee relations
  • Analyze data to inform employee relations strategies and policies
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee engagement and retention
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding employee relations
