Job Title: Senior Associate Database Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled database engineer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both relational and NoSQL databases, with expertise in performance optimization and data migration.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust database solutions that meet the highest standards of security, reliability, and scalability for enterprise-grade applications.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Database Design and Implementation: Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade database solutions applying strong knowledge of database design, normalization, and indexing strategies to build efficient and scalable systems.
  • Data Management & Security: Implement and maintain robust database security measures, including user roles, encryption, and access controls.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize database performance to ensure critical business applications run smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience as a database engineer or in a similar role, along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

We are looking for someone who is proficient in SQL and relational databases, has experience with NoSQL databases, cloud platforms, and cloud database services. Strong knowledge of database design, normalization, and indexing strategies, as well as expertise in data migration and transformation processes, is essential.
