Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled senior network professional to manage, troubleshoot and resolve complex networking issues. This role requires collaboration with development, QA and hardware engineering teams to investigate and resolve software and hardware defects.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the data networking industry and hold advanced certifications such as CCIE, CCNP or JNCIE. They will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and troubleshoot complex networking problems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve software and hardware defects
  • Perform verification testing on customer reported defects and analyze data traces using protocol analyzers
  • Recreate reported issues in a lab environment with customers' configuration and topology

Requirements:

  • Thorough knowledge of Layer-2/3 protocols, application protocols, firewalls and network security
  • Experience with Application Delivery Switches (Server Load Balancers) is preferred
