As a Staff Network Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our networking products and solutions.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a team of professionals who are dedicated to delivering high-quality network services. As a Staff Network Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our growing network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure seamless network operation.
  • Configure on-premises and cloud networking systems, providing technical guidance and support as needed.
  • Troubleshoot network issues from beginning to complete resolution, minimizing repeat occurrences.
  • Mentor and direct less experienced engineers in Network Engineering processes and procedures.
  • Plan and perform systems upgrades, patching, and compliance remediation tasks.
  • Maintain and administer various network and systems, including firewalls, routers, switches, and load balancers.
  • Keep monitoring systems and troubleshooting tools in highly available state.
  • Work with SaaS model used in application development.
  • Document IT activities, such as downtime, problems, and systems configurations.
  • Create and maintain logical and physical network diagrams, and Confluence knowledge base articles.
  • Review, verify, and perform various IT system maintenance tasks, such as backups, upgrades, and patching.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of network administration and configuration experience.
  • 6+ years of supporting AWS or Microsoft technologies.
  • 5+ years of Linux experience.
  • Cisco CCNP certification or higher.
  • 4-6 years of AWS or Microsoft Cloud design and implementation experience.
  • Advanced AWS certifications.
  • 2-4 years of IaC experience and network automation and programming experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in architecting complex network infrastructure.
