Job Overview

  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced DATABASE DEVELOPER to join our team.

About the Role

  • This is a hands-on development position, where you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining databases and reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and implement database solutions using SQL.
  • Become proficient in architecting and designing data warehouses and databases.
  • Develop and optimize existing software and solutions along with new development.
  • Evaluate report requests and determine the needs and objectives of stakeholders.
  • Collaborate and communicate with internal teams, stakeholders, and customers.

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of experience in database development.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, including table modeling, stored procedures, triggers, and indexes.
  • Experience in building reports and processes using SQL.
  • Extensive experience in data investigation.
  • Experience working in support projects using ticketing systems.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of data warehouse design, database modeling, and SQL object creation.
  • Proficient in tools such as SSRS, Tableau, PowerBI, or QlikView.
  • Familiarity with fund accounting systems and related data.
  • Experience in the asset management industry is preferred.

Education

  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent education.

Audit and Compliance

  • Familiarity with audit and compliance regulations is an advantage.

Skills

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
