As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support.

This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for customer satisfaction. You will be stationed at our May I Help You Desk and assist with inquiries, offer information, and resolve any immediate concerns to ensure a seamless and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries, providing accurate information regarding services, directions, and policies.
Assist visitors with locating restaurants and event venues within the facility.
Handle and resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Maintain daily logs of interactions and report any issues or suggestions to the supervisor.
Ensure customer feedback is properly documented and relayed to the management team.
