A Front Desk Executive plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Below are the key responsibilities:

  • Attending all incoming calls, responding to them, and transferring the call to the appropriate department.
  • Greeting visitors at the office, registering their names and contact details.
  • Maintenance of important documents, files, and records in an organized manner.
  • Providing assistance to the heads in the administration department.
  • Keeping all stationery items in the organization up to date and ordering fresh stock.
  • Supervising the housekeeping department and ensuring all items are in stock.
  • Attending to visitors or customers physically at the office.
  • Providing information about the services and products of the organization.
  • Adhering to all safety procedures and keeping the management informed about any potential unsafe situations.
  • Attending meetings and trainings as required.
  • Coordinating and conferring with other departments.
