Responsibilities:

  • Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams as needed, ensuring prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry trends to enhance your knowledge and skills.
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve your technical acumen and communication skills.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably in a customer support environment.
  • Deep understanding of network protocols, including CCNA or equivalent knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems, including troubleshooting, analysis, and configuration.
  • Knowledge of product software and hardware, including scripting and programming skills.
  • Advanced understanding of virtualization and cloud concepts, properties, and technology.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
