As a Remote Desktop Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive seamless support across different time zones. You will be responsible for monitoring and responding to incidents via ticketing systems, performing remote troubleshooting, escalating unresolved issues, and maintaining logs of shift activities and handover reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide round-the-clock technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
  • Monitor and respond to incidents via ticketing system within SLA timelines
  • Perform remote troubleshooting and escalate unresolved issues
  • Support users across different time zones and ensure minimal downtime
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Desktop Support Engineer

• Proficiency in Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Flexibility to work in three shifts: Morning, Evening, and Night
