Job Title: Customer Service Representative

About This Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented customer support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce operations, online postings, and customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

Advertising Postings

  • Create and manage product listings on relevant channels.
  • Regularly update postings with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Maintain open communication with the sales team to ensure seamless integration.
  • Enhance existing postings with detailed product information and optimized content.

Customer Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and voicemail within 24 hours.
  • Provide clear and concise product-related details to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Aid in resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely manner.

Pricing & Item Research

  • Conduct thorough research on received inventory items to determine brand, specifications, descriptions, and pricing benchmarks.
  • Analyze data to recommend competitive pricing strategies.
  • Assist in preparing data for efficient item intake to advertising posting processes.
Requirements:

Experience in e-commerce operations, customer service, or related fields.

Strong English communication skills—written and verbal.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Familiarity with online marketplaces and customer support platforms is an asset.

Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and excellent time management are essential qualities for success in this role.
