Shopify Manager Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Shopify Manager to join our team. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for the successful operation and growth of multiple Shopify stores.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective sales strategies to drive conversions and increase revenue.
  • Develop and launch new product lines and collections that meet customer demands.
  • Manage and maintain the visual appeal and user experience of online stores.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve store performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment across all channels.
  • Monitor and analyze store performance using data analytics tools to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably with Shopify.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, improving conversion rates, and enhancing customer experiences.
  • Excellent knowledge of Shopify's core features, including custom storefronts, basic code tweaks, and app integrations.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with WordPress, email marketing platforms, or other relevant technologies.
  • Advanced knowledge of Shopify apps, including Rebuy, Nosto, Algolia, Yotpo, or A/B testing tools.
  • Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and best practices.
  • Basic coding skills, including HTML/CSS, to troubleshoot and optimize store performance.
