High-Performance Executive Assistant for Strategic Growth

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Assistant to join our team at Atlas Assistants. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our executives and clients.

Key Responsibilities- Strategic Calendar Management: Utilize master organization skills to prioritize and schedule effectively, creating systems for clarity in complex situations, and proactively managing your executive's time for optimal productivity.
- Communication Hub: Streamline inboxes and manage correspondence, utilizing emotional intelligence to handle stakeholders at all levels, synthesizing complex information into clear, actionable insights.
- Operational Efficiency: Anticipate needs and act proactively, managing diverse projects of varying complexity, coordinating travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.
- Decision Support: Gather and analyze relevant data to support executive decision-making, preparing reports and presentations as needed, offering your unique perspective to contribute to strategic discussions.
- Adaptability and Growth: Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing remote environment, actively seeking and implementing feedback for continuous improvement, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Near-native level of English proficiency in both reading and writing.
- At least 2 years of business experience in operations, administration, executive assistance, or other client-facing roles.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment, ideally in a start-up context.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Fair compensation ($1,400 - $1,600 per month) for 40 hours of work per week.
- Flexibility of remote work from your preferred location.
