Community Growth Expert

We are seeking a self-driven individual to join our early growth team. As a Community Growth Partner, you will be responsible for reaching out to community administrators and onboarding them to Earnpaste.

  • Find and contact relevant community administrators (Telegram, Discord, etc.)
  • Explain how Earnpaste operates and its advantages
  • Help onboard interested administrators to the platform
  • Ensure they use it actively for at least 7 days
Compensation Package

You will be compensated as follows:

  • Rupees 500 per successful onboarding (when the administrator uses Earnpaste actively for 7+ days)
  • Performance-based bonuses for high-volume onboarding
  • Long-term role opportunities based on performance
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with community platforms (Telegram, Discord, Reddit, etc.)
  • Fluency in English
  • Self-motivation, responsibility, and ability to work independently
Preferred Experience

While prior experience is not necessary, applicants with background knowledge of community outreach, influencer marketing, affiliate partnerships, or digital promotion will be given preference.
