Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Visual Communications Expert to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented professional to leverage their expertise in graphic design, branding, and visual storytelling.

About the Role:

  • Create innovative, visually striking campaigns that captivate audiences and drive results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, producers, and strategists, to develop compelling ideas and bring them to life.
  • Work closely with the design team to conceptualize and execute visually appealing campaign work.
  • Present creative concepts and designs to stakeholders and decision-makers, effectively communicating the value proposition.
  • Manage the successful completion of integrated creative projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Implement design updates and changes, upholding precision and consistency throughout all touchpoints.
  • Partner with the New York team to ensure project requirements are met and client expectations are exceeded.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in senior-level design roles at advertising or marketing agencies.
  • Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Acrobat Pro, and Figma.
  • A well-curated work portfolio showcasing your creative expertise.
  • Experience presenting work to clients, receiving feedback, and adapting to their needs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing high-volume requests and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
