Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving sales and revenue growth through effective video calls, schedule management, and daily tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging video consultations with potential clients to guide them on their journey to optimal health and hormonal wellness.
  • Manage your schedule to handle approximately 100 inbound calls per month from leads.
  • Complete morning and end-of-day tasks every day from Monday to Saturday.
  • Be available to communicate through various channels from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm IST daily.
  • Establish trust and empathy with potential clients through meaningful conversations.
  • Ensure that you enroll only clients who are a great fit for our services.
  • Lead prospects to the best decision for their hormonal wellness, even if it challenges their comfort zone.
  • Stay aware of your performance metrics and understand areas needing improvement.
  • Keep accurate records of interactions and activities within our CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a sales closer or in a similar role within a target-driven sales environment (minimum 1 year).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills for effective and persuasive video calls.
  • Exceptional active listening and problem-solving skills to understand client needs.
  • Able to empathize with clients and build trust.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and capable of working in a remote environment.
  • Bachelor's degree and 1-3+ years of experience in the sales industry preferred.
