Job Overview:

A Store Leader at our organization will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and optimizing store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage talent lifecycle, including onboarding, assessment, retention, career development, succession planning, and recognition
  • Coach direct reports to leverage talent management lifecycle with the team
  • Foster associate connectivity among team members and associates
  • Ensure team coaches and develops associates
  • Manage associate relations of direct reports and address elevated issues
  • Communicate effectively with district manager, team, associates, and peers
  • Partner with district manager to establish clear performance goals and objectives

Performance Metrics:

  • Sales percent to plan
  • Conversion
  • Payroll
  • Retention
  • Overall customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to improve customer satisfaction and drive customer loyalty
  • Proven ability to delegate, follow up, and communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to manage complex and competing priorities with time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to assess talent, coach, develop, and manage performance
  • Business acumen with strong strategic and analytical skills
  • Excellent visual merchandising skills
  • Previous management experience
