
Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Point of Sales (POS) Acquisition Associate.
- Foster business growth by identifying customer needs and suggesting suitable insurance products/payout rates.
- Provide expert support to POS teams through joint calls and direct sales interactions.
- Oversee individual business targets in alignment with team acquisition/activation goals.
- Nurture strong relationships with customers.
- Develop and deliver product training sessions for acquired POS staff.
- Stay updated on industry developments, company policies, procedures, and sales strategies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Discover new business opportunities and devise plans to acquire and retain customers.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build lasting connections with existing clients and identify avenues for expansion.
- Product Training: Offer regular training sessions to POS staff on our products and services.
- Performance Evaluation: Continuously monitor and assess the performance of POS staff, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
