Field Sales Executive - Revenue Growth Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Field Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and achieve margin goals in assigned accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of business, financials, products/services, and the market.

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for customers to drive high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develops strategic relationships with customers to identify and leverage their business goals, growth strategies, and profit drivers.
  • Provides leadership and guidance in critical customer planning and engagement.
  • Maintains and monitors pipeline and metrics for assigned customers.

This role requires developed sales expertise across a defined portfolio of products/services/accounts, applying expertise in a complex sales environment. You will work independently or lead teams to identify, pursue, or manage accounts/opportunities with large size/strategic importance/risk of loss.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate medium-sized, complex accounts and develop business with new and existing customers.
  • Collaborate with team and leadership, having direct contact with clients and decision-makers.
  • Leads the negotiations on medium-sized, complex accounts, working within broad guidelines and policies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
