
Sales Growth Specialist

Are you a driven and results-focused professional looking to spearhead sales growth in a luxury lighting business?
Key Responsibilities:- Client Engagement & Lead Generation: Handle incoming inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins, identifying potential clients for luxury lighting.
- Product Consultation & Presentation: Provide detailed information on products, features, and specifications, advising clients on lighting solutions for individual homes, commercial projects, or luxury interiors.
- Sales & Deal Closure: Convert inquiries into confirmed orders by addressing client concerns and negotiating terms, collaborating with project teams and logistics for timely delivery and installation.
- Project Coordination & Support: Coordinate with internal teams to support project-based lighting requirements, maintaining communication with clients during the project execution phase.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deals closed, preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Sales Skills: Strong ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Product Knowledge: Interest or prior knowledge in luxury lighting is preferred.
- Customer Orientation: Focused on providing a premium client experience.
- Target-Driven: Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
