Job Description

We are seeking a driven and results-focused Marketing Executive to lead our marketing initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth.

  • Gather market and customer information from various sources to build a comprehensive database.
  • Assist with sales coverage of territories, identifying opportunities and driving growth.
  • Coordinate, plan, and execute marketing events, trade shows, and webinars.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition.
  • Develop and maintain internal and external communications, brand building activities, and promotional materials.
  • Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration on marketing initiatives.
  • Plan, generate, and track leads generation/demand generation programs to drive business growth.
  • Prepare corporate presentations, drive customer engagement through digital channels, and create creative content for branding.
  • Build a strong marketing qualified lead across multiple lines of businesses or solutions.
  • Monitor campaign progress using various metrics and submit performance reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Self-motivated, creative, and able to think outside the box.
  • 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Proven experience as a marketing executive or similar role.
  • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
  • Familiarity with social media and web analytics tools.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to communicate professionally over phone, in person, and written responses/reports.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.
  • Organized, flexible, and analytical, with ability to eliminate obstacles through creative approaches.
  • Adaptable to change.
  • Hands-on knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong team attitude and creative problem-solving approach.
  • Flexible to travel and meet customers.
