We are seeking a dynamic leader to drive revenue growth and manage sales operations in international markets.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, cultivating strong client relationships, and leading a high-performing team. This role requires a hands-on approach to management, extensive experience in the US market, and a deep understanding of sales processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a sales team, providing continuous coaching and day-to-day guidance to achieve departmental and company objectives.
  • Set and monitor clear, measurable sales targets for the team and individual representatives.
  • Ensure all team activities and performance metrics are aligned with company goals and vision.
Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required. Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in sales or business development is necessary. At least 3-5 years of proven experience in a leadership role, managing a sales team and consistently achieving targets is required. Demonstrated expertise in sales within the US market is essential. Hands-on proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite is also necessary.
