Enterprise Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive consultative selling practices to engage senior-level stakeholders and HR leaders.
  • Design and implement scalable processes using CRM and sales technology to enhance sales efficiency.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train sales professionals to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, particularly with HR/CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to set up and manage complex sales pipelines, including forecasting and analysis.
  • 5-8 years of experience in consultative sales, with a focus on building strong client relationships.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct sales teams.
