- Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, particularly with HR/CXO-level stakeholders.
- Ability to set up and manage complex sales pipelines, including forecasting and analysis.
- 5-8 years of experience in consultative sales, with a focus on building strong client relationships.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct sales teams.
