Our company is looking for a seasoned Key Growth Leader to join our team. As a Key Growth Leader, you will be responsible for leading our growth strategy and executing initiatives that drive business growth.
- Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong track record in driving sales pipeline growth. You will lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that deliver impactful results.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute demand generation campaigns across multiple channels to build awareness, interest, and consideration.
- Plan and manage integrated demand generation campaigns, including email campaigns, PPC ads, LinkedIn paid campaigns, and account-based marketing campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns to maintain channel efficiency and identify new channels for developing the sales pipeline.
- Generate relevant content covering whitepapers, e-books, case studies, blogs, research reports, and develop key partnerships with third parties for running joint marketing programs.
- Build competitive intelligence and create shadow marketing programs.
- Requirements:
- 10-12 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing (Growth/ Go to Market) with deep understanding and experience in building sales pipeline.
- Ability to bring creativity to the role while also being deeply data-driven and analytical in approach.
- Well-versed with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Astute analytical ability with a natural flair for working with large data sets and identifying trends and patterns to enable data-driven decision-making.
- MBA graduate from a Tier I B-School.
