Job Title: Technical Support Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills and a passion for problem-solving.
- Technical Skills:
- Network Security: SSL/TLS, VPNs (IPsec, GRE), Firewall, IDS/IPS
- Knowledge of protocols: HTTP, SMTP, FTP, DNS, DHCP
- Network Troubleshooting: Ping, Traceroute, MTR, tcp dump, Wireshark, fiddler
- Authentication Protocols: LDAP, SAML, 2FA, MFA
- Operating Systems: Linux, Unix
- Web proxy, transparent proxy, reverse proxy, Explicit proxy & PAC files
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to network security, protocols, and operating systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to improve overall system performance.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available to the team.
Requirements:
- 2-8 years of experience in Network Security
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.
