As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries efficiently
- Coordinating new employee onboarding, including paperwork, ID cards, and system access
- Maintaining accurate employee records and personnel files
- Assisting with various HR activities like leave management, employee grievances, and exit formalities
- Organizing office supplies, managing stationery inventory, and maintaining filing systems
- Providing general administrative support to all departments as required
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- An intermediate or bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 0-1 years of prior work experience (freshers welcome)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Adaptable, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
