We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Panzer Technologies Pvt Ltd.

**Job Overview**

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to our Director and internal/external managers, ensuring seamless communication and efficient task management.

**Responsibilities**

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Handle requests and queries from various sources with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments efficiently.
  • Take dictation and minutes during critical meetings.
  • Source office supplies and materials as needed.
  • Produce reports, presentations, and briefs that meet high standards.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date office filing system.

**Requirements and Skills**

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven work experience in a similar administrative support role.
  • A thorough understanding of office management systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload effectively.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications.
  • Excellent discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • A High School degree or equivalent qualification.

**Estimated Salary Range:** ₹45,000 - ₹60,000 per month (dependent on location and experience).
