The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception and Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Snaphunt. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and team members, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and assisting clients and guests, providing a positive first impression of our organisation.
  • Answering and redirecting calls, handling inquiries and providing information as needed.
  • Organising meetings and conference calls, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Receiving and dispatching mail, maintaining a tidy and organised reception area.
  • Providing administrative support to the team, including data entry and document preparation.
  • Managing contract negotiations and ensuring vendor agreements are fulfilled.
  • Liaising with third-party suppliers and vendors, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Coordinating travel itineraries and making travel arrangements.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Receptionist role, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle phone calls professionally.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow with the team.
