Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions.

As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our company and provide administrative support across the organization.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Provide general administrative support to the team

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front office and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and candidates.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a must. You should also have attention to detail and accuracy, as well as the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
