Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled IC designer to develop and support our standard cell library. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a high-quality library from scratch and collaborating with our layout team to define floor plans and layout guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing combinatorial, power management, and sequential circuits, as well as experience with equivalence verification tools such as ESPCV. You will also be responsible for verifying the functionality, performance, and power of developed circuits, and generating characterization and views of libraries with custom PVT corners.

Additionally, you will work closely with our team to maintain accurate and thorough documentation of work, design flows, and reports. We are looking for someone who is passionate about optimizing circuit designs and improving overall efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support our standard cell library
  • Collaborate with layout team to define floor plans and layout guidelines
  • Design combinatorial, power management, and sequential circuits
  • Verify functionality, performance, and power of developed circuits
  • Generate characterization and views of libraries with custom PVT corners
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation

Requirements:

  • Expertise in IC design and circuit optimization
  • Experience with EDA tools such as RC-extraction, SPICE simulators, and schematic/layout editors
  • Knowledge of industry-wide PnR, Simulation, and Signoff tools
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
