Advanced ASIC Test Engineer Position

Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits.
- Implement advanced test plans on the Advantest V93000 platform using SmarTest 8.
- Perform rigorous functional, parametric, and reliability testing of ICs to ensure optimal performance and yield.
- Utilize automatic test pattern generation (ATPG) techniques to identify faults in ICs and optimize test efficiency.
- Integrate boundary scan testing and logic built-in self-test (LBIST) methods into the testing process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and support yield enhancement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in digital and analog circuit design principles, as well as experience with programming languages such as C++ and Python. Proficiency in high-level synthesis and formal verification tools is also essential.
Key skills include the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, think critically, and approach complex problems with creativity and analytical rigor. A strong understanding of industry-standard test equipment and software is necessary for success in this role.
