Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ASIC Test Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing and validation of complex digital circuits, with a focus on analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) and digital-to-analog converters (DACs).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans for advanced semiconductor integrated circuits, including ADC/DAC tests, SERDES tests, ATPG tests, boundary scan tests, and programming LTU chip tests.
  • Develop and maintain cutting-edge test fixtures and equipment, including process monitors and high-voltage stress testers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve test-related issues.
  • Optimize test time and support binning, yield analysis, and failure analysis efforts.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in ASIC testing and validation.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools, including JTAG, APB, and iJTAG.
  • Familiarity with design automation languages such as Verilog and VHDL.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Perl.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
