Job Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Incentive Compensation (IC) Associate. In this role, you will work closely with the client as a consultant to support all components of incentive compensation design and implementation. This role will use an understanding of corporate, product strategy and operational / compliance constraints to deliver the IC plan best drive desirable behaviour and produce performance.
