Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Marketing Associate. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns that drive results.

You will work closely with internal teams to create engaging proposals, conduct research, and coordinate with external partners to deliver successful campaigns.

  • Develop co-branded marketing campaigns with tourism boards, attractions, and lifestyle brands.
  • Create persuasive proposals to communicate value propositions and ROI.
  • Track destination trends, competitor activities, seasonal patterns, and emerging tools to generate actionable insights.
  • Manage campaign tracking, analyze results, and prepare performance reports.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define campaign objectives, budgets, and timelines.
  • Develop and execute co-branded campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Manage campaign tracking and analysis.
Requirements
  • 0-3 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, digital marketing, client-servicing, or business development.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient with GA4, Google Sheets, UTMs, CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with paid marketing basics.
