Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role will play a crucial part in managing operational aspects of brand & marketing, with a focus on exhibitions, social media coordination, vendor management, and lead monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all logistical deadlines for exhibitions and marketing events.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather product and branding information.
  • Ensure timely delivery of collaterals, booth materials, and samples to event locations.
  • Collate all leads and visitor data captured during events and ensure accurate and timely upload to the sales team.

Exhibitions & Trade Shows:

• Manage exhibition logistics, including booking venues, coordinating travel, and arranging accommodation for attendees.

• Coordinate with internal teams to source collateral materials, including printing, design, and distribution.

Social Media Coordination:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to engage audiences and drive brand awareness.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create content, manage scheduling, and monitor analytics.

Vendor Management:

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to ensure quality, timeliness, and budget compliance.

• Maintain a database of approved vendors with rate cards and service histories.

Lead Monitoring & Coordination:

• Monitor and track incoming enquiries generated through social media, website, and digital campaigns.

• Maintain accurate records of enquiries and coordinate timely follow-up with the sales team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations, branding, or coordination.

• Strong project management and multitasking skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Sharp eye for detail and good design sensibility to ensure brand consistency across collaterals.

• Experience in working with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
