
Strategic Partnership Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a strategic and creative Partnership Marketing Manager to lead high-impact marketing initiatives with technology and cloud ecosystem partners. This role is ideal for someone who can build strong brands, manage large-scale events, and drive joint marketing efforts that fuel growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage quarterly and annual partner marketing plans aligned with partner goals and marketing opportunities.
- Lead joint business planning with partner teams to foster collaboration and shared growth.
- Execute partner-aligned initiatives such as trade shows, conferences, solution launches, awards, and sponsorships.
- Drive joint portfolio marketing and thought leadership with internal and external stakeholders.
- Secure and optimize Marketing Development Funds (MDF) for joint campaigns.
- Support onboarding and marketplace activation for joint solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing events including trade shows, conferences, and service launches. This includes managing large-scale customer conclaves with budgets exceeding $250K, overseeing event logistics: venue selection, vendor coordination, budgeting, and scheduling.
Brand BuildingElevate the brand through content marketing, executive visibility, and media engagement. Monitor market trends and craft bold, differentiated brand strategies. Amplify brand presence through tech talks, thought leadership, and strategic platforms.
Relationship BuildingCultivate relationships with industry influencers, partners, and vendors. Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with customer needs. Represent the brand at events and foster positive customer relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in partner-led roles.
- Experience with technology/cloud partners (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS).
- Strong storytelling and messaging skills with a client-first mindset.
- Proven experience in managing large events and multi-channel campaigns.
- Proficiency in marketing and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Demandbase).
