Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Implement Oracle HCM modules, with a focus on Talent Management, Learning Management, and Compensation Management.
  • • Configure various Oracle Fusion HCM modules to meet business requirements.
  • • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
  • • 3-12 years of experience working in Oracle HCM modules.
  • • Completion of at least two full HCM Oracle Cloud project implementations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in data migration, integrations, and reporting tools within Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.
